\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. Definitions In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:<\/b>

\u2022 Powerbank Solution BV: the service provider\/supplier established in Arnhem, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97396028.\n\n
\u2022 Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Powerbank Solution BV.\n\n
\u2022 Product: the power banks and\/or associated accessories supplied or rented by Powerbank Solution BV.\n\n
\u2022 Service: the entire range of services, such as renting, charging and returning power banks.\n\n

\u00a02. Applicability<\/b>\n\n

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, deliveries and services of Powerbank Solution BV, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/b>\n\n

\u00a03. Offer and Agreement<\/b>\n\n

\u2022 All offers from Powerbank Solution BV are without obligation.\n\n
\u2022 The agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order or uses the service.\n\n
\u2022 Powerbank Solution BV reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
\n\n
4. Rental and Use<\/b>
\n\n
\u2022 The customer is responsible for the careful use of the rented power bank.\n\n
\u2022 In case of loss, theft or damage to the product, compensation up to the replacement value may be charged.\n\n
\u2022 The maximum rental period is 3 days, unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges will apply if the rental period is exceeded.

5. Prices and Payment<\/b>
\n\n
\u2022 All prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
\n\n
\u2022 Payment takes place via the offered payment methods or according to agreed invoice terms.\n\n
\u2022 In case of late payment, collection costs and interest may be charged.
\n\n
6. Returns and Refunds (for rentals)<\/b>\n\n
\u2022 Power banks must be returned in their original condition and via the designated stations or locations.\n\n
\u2022 In case of failure to return within the agreed period, Powerbank Solution BV reserves the right to charge the customer costs (loss compensation).
\n\n
7. Liability
<\/b>\n\n
\u2022 Powerbank Solution BV is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.\n\n
\u2022 Direct damage is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product.\n\n
\u2022 Customer is responsible for correct use of the product (e.g. avoiding overheating or incorrect charging).
\n\n
8. Privacy
<\/b>\n\n
\u2022 Powerbank Solution BV processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).\n\n

9. Force Majeure<\/b>
\n\n
Powerbank Solution BV is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (such as power outages, pandemics, government measures, etc.).

10. Applicable law and disputes<\/b>
\n\n
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
